Daniel earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Duke University before receiving his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Sleep Medicine, where he specialized in circadian rhythm disorders, recovery science, and performance optimization.
Outside the clinic, Daniel enjoys distance running, astronomy, and staying current with the latest advances in sleep science. He regularly speaks at educational events on the connection between restorative sleep, recovery, cognitive performance, and healthy aging.
